Please check the photos. I have disinfected and washed it once, but I do not recommend purchasing it if you are concerned about cleanliness. Also, if you are still concerned, I recommend washing it again before use. I think it's cleaner than what you'd find at a children's center or playground. The set contents are as shown in the photos.
