This is a genuine Microsoft wireless controller. It works without any issues. Although it's called Xbox, it's often used on Windows. It can also be used on Steam, etc. A wireless adapter and an A to C cable are also included. I've only used it at home, so the condition is generally good, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
