You can download them from the LEGO website. We will include color copies, but there are notes on the missing parts. These are used items, so there are many stains and scratches. There may also be stickers that have been misapplied or peeled off. We appreciate your understanding. Ariel's set is missing three pieces as shown in images 4-6, and Anna's set is missing two pieces as shown in images 13 and 14. We have carefully checked the sets, but we apologize if we have overlooked anything. Please understand that we are not responsible for any missing parts other than those listed. We will disassemble the sets and ship them separately. We will package the parts in separate bags by series. Due to the thickness limit, we will not use bubble wrap. We will put the items in zip-lock bags and ship them in a Yu-Packet Post cardboard box.
