This is a West German steam locomotive, BR003. It has been stored unused. The box and instruction manual show some discoloration due to age, but the robust 3-pole motor has no oil congealment or dirt. In a test run before listing, it started moving at a power pack setting of 50, running surprisingly smoothly. The headlight has also been confirmed to light up, and the exterior is in beautiful condition as shown in the images.
