This is a Nippo three-fold binder. Finished width: 12mm. It has not been taken out of the plastic, so it is clean and without any scratches. I was planning to use it with a Flat Lock machine, but I've gotten rid of the sewing machine itself, so I'm offering this to anyone who might be looking for one. It was about 12,000 yen when new.
