BijoDam All-Tungsten Carbide ★ Western-Style Engraving Chisel SD (Standard Low-Cost Version) 90° Hairline Engraving Machine Specification L Size (Prototype) This is a cost-reduced version of the popular BijoDam All-Tungsten Carbide ★ Western-Style Engraving Chisel. The difference from the popular conventional product is that it has a 3-sided mirror-polished finish, with only the lower blade of the round bar and the obtuse upper blade. Due to the black skin, there are many surface areas, but the color may vary depending on the lot, from silver to dark gray as shown in the image. The shaft diameter is φ2 (actual measurement 2.4mm), and the length is 50mm, the same as the conventional product, but the width of the cutting edge is close to the shaft diameter of 2.4mm if it is 90° or more. As a matter of course, the lower blade is slightly curved. The angle from the side is similar to a Japanese-style engraving chisel and is a blunt-angled machine specification, but since the tungsten carbide has sharp edges, it can be engraved by hand. Initial defects will be covered, but blade chipping or damage after use cannot be exchanged.
