It's a black long skirt. It seems to be new, and I received it as a gift, but I don't know the manufacturer name at all. There are no tags, so I think it's probably custom-made. It uses a lot of fabric, and I think it's a very good quality item, but I don't wear long skirts, so I'm selling it. I received it from someone who loves Gothic Lolita and punk fashion, so if you like those styles, please consider it.
