These are Scubapro long fins. Size: US 6-7, EU 38-40 I purchased them about 6 years ago. For reference, my sneaker size is about 26.5 cm, and my actual foot length is 25.0 cm with a width of about 11 cm. The foot pocket of these fins was quite tight for me. It was difficult to use them with socks, so I used them barefoot. I think they would fit well with socks for those with smaller feet or women. I remember they felt very light and provided good propulsion with little effort. Due to the size not fitting, I have only used them in the ocean about 5 times. Regarding the condition, there are scratches and surface abrasions on the blades, so please check the photos. If you are interested in purchasing, please understand that these are used items.
