This is the Ring Pan-Tilt Indoor Cam, an indoor camera with a pan and tilt function from Ring. It's a Ring indoor security camera, part of the Amazon family, with 360° horizontal and 169° vertical pan and tilt capabilities. I purchased it but decided to standardize on a different system, so it's being sold unopened.
