This is a black Showa Industries Fix Catch. I bought it to carry luggage on my bicycle, but I hardly used it and removed it for storage in my room. I only used it to carry things about 10 times, and they were all light, so I don't think there's any metal deterioration. There are a few small scratches and paint chips, but the paint is generally clean, and I think it's in good condition for a used item. Please understand that the packaging will be relatively simple, such as putting it in a bag.
