Please wait" and turns off in about a minute. After that, it turns on automatically again and repeats the cycle of turning off. I opened the panel and disconnected the HDD and optical drive for testing, but both showed the same symptoms and the power turns off. The fan is also running, so I suspect the power supply board is the cause. Please use it if you can repair it or for parts. Please understand that this is a junk item. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things. It is quite heavy, and I have had an accident when shipping a recorder before.
