I purchased this item used and only used it a few times indoors at home for house music production, so it's in beautiful condition. There's a slight scratch on the right side that's hard to notice unless you look closely. It was already there when I bought it. The headphone jack on the right side doesn't work. The left side works fine. The speaker output jacks work in stereo without any problems. The other individual voice outputs also work fine. It comes with the Quick Start Guide and Quick Manual (both in Japanese). It has been reset to factory settings.
