I have the pants. Worn a few times. The neckline is clean, but there is some discoloration on the inside of the sleeves (see photo 2). The outside is clean, so you can wear them without any problems. There is some fuzzing on the back. It's in the area where the ribbon is tied, which becomes the ruffled part, so it's not very noticeable (see photos 4 and 5). I want to sell them quickly, so I'm open to a little price reduction.
