This is an Anpanman rice cooker toy. The sheet is not included. It has been used frequently, so there are scratches and stains, but it is still a usable product! Please check the photos for the stickers, which may be peeled off, stained, or have writing on them. I confirmed that steam comes out with a "shoo" sound after waiting for the sound to play 6 times. I am omitting the water pump for hygiene reasons, but you can use it by removing the red container at the back of the rice cooker, filling it with water, and putting it back in. (It can be easily removed) The sound works fine. I will ship it with the batteries included. Please note that I don't know how much battery life is left. Character name: Anpanman
