Also, as shown in the photos, the hairspring is in excellent condition. The beat error is about 1 when placed flat. * The Breguet hands of this thinness on a Waltham are rarely found even when looking back on Mercari, so they may be original. It's certainly unusual. * The movement is in a beautiful condition with almost no signs of rust, which is hard to believe for something nearly 130 years old. * The case is a special type, sometimes called 17s for this model, and is an original case with the manufacturer's name. Since it hasn't been serviced, the half-day rate was about -30 seconds when placed flat (visually confirmed). The measurement was around -20 seconds on the dial, so it may improve with servicing or use. Measured with an amateur app when wound 12 times.
