It's the revised 4th edition, corresponding to the official textbook 5th edition. There are no markings inside. I used it by turning the cover inside out and carried it around. At that time, a water bottle leaked in my bag, causing stains on the inside of the cover. Although it's not a textbook, the descriptions are concise, but I was able to pass the exam with just this one book.
