Please understand that this is a used item. I am selling it because I no longer use it. The height can be adjusted in 6 stages, but it has been kept at the lowest setting (stage 1). The four adjustment knobs are stiff. Therefore, it remains at the lowest height. I think spraying them might loosen them, but please purchase with this understanding. Please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about details.
