This is a flare long skirt from Shimamura. I've only tried it on at home, and I haven't had a chance to wear it, so I hope someone else can use it. The mermaid shape is beautiful and easy to match with any color. It has a slit in the back. It's made of a smooth, cool fabric that's perfect for summer. No pockets. The size is free size, but the waist is elastic, so I think it would fit a size M to L.
