This is a set of two items (yellow and gray). There are two inserts. One has a stain that looks like it won't come out, and the other has black marks on the non-slip backing (see photos). Used for about six months because I was concerned about my children's head shapes. They were twins, so two girls used them. Washed and de-pilled. These pillows are quite expensive when bought new, so how about this set of two for a spare? Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to used items.
