This is a work from a relative who attended an amateur "Kamakura-bori (carved lacquerware) class" several decades ago. There is a signature on the back (in hiragana, only the first name). Although it has not been used in the home as tableware or a decorative item, it has been stored at home for a long time, and it is, in the first place, a handmade work by an amateur, so there may be fine scratches and stains. The lacquer seems to still be beautifully applied. It will be disinfected with alcohol before shipping.
