Retro desk light from the 70s and 80s. The arm has been polished to remove rust, but some rust remains. Please check the photos. It works, but the on/off knob is misaligned, and it turns off and on from an intermediate position. Even considering this, it's not inconvenient, and it's a very atmospheric antique desk lamp.
