This is a long, mango-colored resin necklace. It's designed to be worn doubled. I bought it over 40 years ago because I loved the design, and I wore it a few times before storing it away in a drawer. There's no marking, so I can't be certain, but at the time, there weren't many items made in China, so it's likely made in Japan or the USA. It's well-made.
