Bone knife, blade length 14.5cm, 139g. The spine is about 2.6mm thick near the top of the heel. It's a brand of Nantsune Co., Ltd. in Osaka. The opposite side of the brand name is engraved with "刀都作" (Sword Capital Made), but especially for meat processing knives, many are OEM supplied by Masahiro, a top manufacturer in Seki, and "刀都作" is engraved as a mark. Nantsune knives are relatively frequently restocked, but those engraved with "刀都作" seem to have a more reliable image. It's a right-handed single-edged knife, and the material is carbon steel. Blade oil is essential. Both the blade and the handle show little wear and tear, and it seems it can be used for a while. It has been thoroughly sharpened, and the blade has been polished.
