This is a TWIN-SET pleated skirt, made in Italy. I've worn it 2-3 times. The size is XS, but the waist measures 39.5cm. I think it's a low-waisted skirt. The length is 61cm. It has a zipper on the left side and a velvet ribbon that can be tied, which is cute. According to the tag, the outer fabric is silk. The lining is synthetic fiber.
