Thank you for viewing. This is a Hitachi IH rice cooker, model RZ-W100DM. I purchased it new from an electronics retailer in May 2021. I used it about once or twice a week at most. It has been sitting in the same spot in my kitchen for about four years, so there are no deep scratches or dents (see images). Just to be sure, I had it inspected by the manufacturer in October 2025 to check for any issues, and they confirmed that it is operating normally. I believe you can continue to use it with confidence. Accessories include the instruction manual, a measuring cup (unused), and a rice scoop (unused). The rice scoop is unused, but there is some discoloration on the edge due to aging.
