This is a cute cut-and-sew top I purchased at Shimamura. It has a chiffon overlay, but the part that touches the skin is 100% cotton, so it's gentle on the skin. Although it's new and unused, please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a perfect item, as it has been stored at home.
