This is a small plate purchased from an antique shop. It's immediately opulent and gorgeous. The inside features a dyed-blue floral arabesque design. The flowers are just starting to bloom. The round windows on the left and right depict plum blossoms and cranes. In the center is a round window with a shihou tasuki (four-direction sash) pattern. It's a somewhat unusual design. The top and bottom feature a luxurious window frame with a karahana (Chinese flower) arabesque design. The arabesque extends even to the frame. The rim has a shihou tasuki pattern, but windows are cut out in the four directions. It's a variation of the karahana arabesque background. They are arranged to be staggered with the windows on the inside. The body has a floral arabesque design. The mark reads "Fukichouju" (Wealth, Nobility, and Longevity). There is a chip on the rim.
