This is a Russell ring that attaches to a pickaxe to reduce sinking in deep snow. It has a diameter of approximately 13.5 cm. Attach it to the pickaxe by tightening with a coin or a flathead screwdriver. There is some rust, but there is no damage that would cause a problem in use. The pickaxe in the example photos of the attachment is not included in the listing.
