I bought this on Yahoo Auctions about 5 years ago. I bought it as new, but I've never used it. I confirmed that it works this time. This product can switch between hot and cold, so I think it will be useful for those with children. As you can see in the photo, there is a small dent like a dimple on the lid, but it's probably a dent that was there from the time of the product's molding.
