The floral tape used to attach the U-pins and flowers may be slightly sticky due to its properties. It shouldn't stick to your hair, but if you're concerned, there's a trick to apply a top coat. The petals are intentionally placed to overhang the base so that the base is not visible from the front. We are unable to offer discounts as it would require lowering the prices of other items.
