This is a Uniqlo check pattern pleated long skirt. I tried it on after purchasing it and then stored it in my closet, where it has been untouched. The tags are still attached. It has a fully elastic waistband and is lined. The shape is not too flared and is streamlined. There are no noticeable scratches or stains.
