The waistband is elastic, making it comfortable to wear. - Size: 1 - Material: 65% Polyester, 35% Triacetate - Condition: Used 2-3 times, but it's in nearly new condition. It has been stored at home, so there are a few noticeable wrinkles, but they should come out with ironing. I'm selling this as I'm decluttering due to a move.
