This is an oversized hoodie from Who's Who Chico. It has voluminous sleeves, a slit in the front, and a large, cute hood in the back. It's a relaxed fit. I apologize for the dark photos, but the color is light beige. There is some wear and tear: some looseness on the sleeves and some slight pilling on the right side, as shown in the photo.
