String height at tuning: 4th string at 12F, 2.5mm 1st string at 12F, 2mm It can be lowered further, but I feel it wouldn't suit this instrument, so I've set it to this height. I've played instruments from various manufacturers, but this manufacturer's lacquer is the hardest. The fingerboard is also Madagascar rosewood, which is becoming increasingly rare. In my personal opinion, Fender Custom Shop has too many weak necks, so for traditional styles, I think this manufacturer is definitely better.
