I used this for about 6 months. It was useful from when my baby was small. There are no noticeable stains or scratches. There are some areas with a little bit of pilling. I've included photos, but personally, it doesn't bother me much. There are no accessories. I will roll it up for shipping. Please understand that this is a used baby item before purchasing.
