D-UP Curl Lock Mascara Base Purchased at a Matsukiyo in Tokyo on December 23rd. Used once. Shipped anonymously. See photos for ingredients. It's a black that isn't too intense, and although it's a mascara base, I felt it was sufficient as a mascara on its own. It held my eyelashes, which usually don't stay curled, very well. I'm selling it because I'm clumsy and can't apply it well with one coat, resulting in too much volume for me. Conversely, it's highly recommended for those who want to add volume and a clumpy look while also maintaining curl. The packaging is not included.
