This is a Numéro Unpère dress I bought a few years ago. It has a black base with a white star print. I used to wear it as a tunic over pants. It has three-quarter sleeves. Made of 100% polyester, it has a smooth, cool feel, so it's great to wear on its own in the cooler seasons. I wore it a few times and then stored it, but I'm selling it now to declutter.
