Because of the large temperature difference between day and night, it contains a lot of sweetness and umami components, and the original taste of the tea is also rich. 【Yame Tea manufacturing method unique to Yamashiroya】 ◯We carefully select the production area and variety when purchasing, and purchase teas with strong umami and rich flavor. ◯We change the firing (drying) temperature depending on the tea, and we slowly fire it at a low temperature to allow you to enjoy the original taste of the tea. ◯Tea is harvested from the first flush (shincha) to the fourth flush, but Yamashiroya manufactures almost 100% with the first flush.
