This is an unraveling of a large furoshiki (wrapping cloth) in a light brown color with the katakana character "イ" (i) on it. I was drawn to the color and the character and purchased it. The fabric was already weak when I bought it, and there are holes, tears, and fraying. Even now, pulling on it strongly seems to widen the holes. When using it, please reinforce it by backing it or using interfacing. The area with the "イ" character is 36 cm wide. The length is 44 cm. It narrows to 26 cm wide with a cut, and continues for about 40 cm. The total length is 180 cm. As the fabric is weak, I would be happy to pass it on to someone who is familiar with old cloth. Also, I try my best to match the colors as closely as possible, but they may appear brighter or darker depending on the lighting. The appearance also differs depending on your monitor. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to these issues.
