This is a Kappa raincoat from KP DECO. The combination of Mimi-chan and yellow with tulips is very cute. The back expands, so it won't be cramped even if you're wearing a backpack. This was worn when my child was small. There are stains on the inside and cuffs as shown in the photos. They are not very noticeable from the front, but they didn't come out in the wash. The name has been erased. The water repellency has decreased. It was partially restored by using a hairdryer, so I also used the bathroom dryer. If you are concerned, you can use a hairdryer or apply a waterproof spray. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to imperfections.
