Unopened and brand new, but the bags have deteriorated and yellowed. Some dust has gotten inside. There is a stain on the part circled in red in photo ③. It is unknown if it can be removed by wiping, as it is unopened. This is a miniature that looks like it could be from Re-Ment's Petit Sample Series.
