2005 Taylor 614CE Includes original hard case. I purchased this guitar approximately 15 years ago from Dolphin Guitars in Osaka. There are some minor scratches as shown in the attached images, but it doesn't affect playability. TAYLOR guitars are popular among many professional musicians across various genres. This instrument is a 2005 614CE, a particularly popular Grand Concert model in the TATLOR lineup. It features a Sitka spruce top, maple sides and back, a mahogany neck, and an ebony fingerboard and bridge. Taylor's appeal lies in its comfortable neck grip, slightly thinner than some, and excellent playability in high positions, making it easy to transition from electric guitars. It offers a well-balanced strumming tone, excellent note separation in fingerpicking, and great responsiveness, making it suitable for various genres. While there are visible scratches and signs of use overall, the neck condition is very good, and playability is excellent. Currently, the pickup is not working (wiring issue? → may be easily fixed with repair), so it is offered at a special price. Instead, a 2nd Factor APU-1 is installed. This pickup uses lightweight, machined aluminum parts, converting the sound directly and quickly without hindering the guitar's natural resonance. It delivers a clear, well-separated, and present sound without sacrificing airiness.
