This is a wrap skirt purchased in Thailand. You wrap it around and tuck it in to make a skirt. I bought it at a facility that supports formerly incarcerated women. It cost about 1800 yen, but I haven't worn it much, so I'm selling it. I was told it was 100% cotton, but there are small pills, so I don't think it's 100% cotton.
