This is an official limited edition item included in the Wacom Movink Accessory Pack (retail price: 24,200 yen). It's a case for storing and carrying the pen and cables. It's not normally sold separately, but I received it as a pre-order bonus for the Movink 11. It's unopened because I haven't had a chance to use it.
