It's a horse tag, common in the 80s, and even though it's a jean jacket, it's a long type, similar to a coverall. There's a union ticket? tag on the pocket, but I can't read it, so I don't know what it is. There is damage. There are scuffs, stains, scratches, and damage to the sleeve ends.
