The gathered part, I personally felt a bit rough⁉️ But... it seems to be the same in other listings, different colors, and product photos found online, so it seems to be the design and sewing. The measuring tape for size reference... The upper knit part and the lower skirt part are in separate photos, but since it's amateur measurements, I've also included the manufacturer's reference photos. The color of the upper knit part... may vary depending on the monitor, but the color in the actual photos (slightly darker blue) is closer than the first reference photo.
