The listed size is 24 1/2, so I placed it in the 24.5cm category, but my mother, who wears a wide 24cm, purchased it, so I recommend it for those who wear 24cm. (For reference, it was too tight for me at 24.5cm) Heel height is approximately 3.5cm. These are pumps that seem comfortable for walking and won't cause fatigue. There is a slight stain on the inside of the heel, but I believe they are in beautiful condition with no signs of wear.
