This item has a defect. As shown in the photos, the hem of one pant leg is frayed and the stitching has come undone. Would be suitable for someone who can repair it. I bought it last year and haven't worn it much. It has an elastic waistband for comfort. It can be paired with a jacket I have listed separately to create a set.
