This is a Hot Toys figure of Harley Quinn. It's a special edition with bonus accessories, obtained at an event when it was released. It has been opened and taken out of the box 2-3 times for photography. It has not been on display constantly. There is some deterioration on the box. Please refer to the photos. Also, as far as I can see, the contents appear to be clean, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned as it is a used item.
