It seems to be good for lifting heavy objects and also for lower back pain. I was using it as a pelvic belt. Size M Approximately 88cm from end to end of the belt. Approximately 16.5cm at the widest point vertically, when laid flat. Used and stored for a long time, so there are fading, scratches, stains, etc. as shown in image 4. The Velcro is working properly. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to these issues.
